半导体分立器件测试系统

1系统概述:ENJ2005-B该设备扩展性强,通过选件可以提高电流和测试范围。支持电流阶梯升级至1250A。采用脉冲测试法,脉冲宽度为美军标规定的300uS。在PC窗口提示下输入被测器件的测试条件点击即可完成测试任务。被测器件引脚接触自动判断功能。系统采用带有开尔文感应结构的测试工装,自动补偿由于系统内部及测试电缆长度引起的压降,保证测试结果准确可靠。面板显示装置可及时显示系统的各种工作状态和测试结果,前面板的功能按键方便了系统操作。通过功能按键,系统可以脱离主控计算机独立完成多种工作。系统提供与机械手、探针台、电脑的连接口,可以支持各种不同辅助设备的连接使用。The device has strong expansibility, and the range of current and test can be improved by selecting components.
