香喷喷的虾仁青菜手擀面。

1.五花切和蘑菇切成丝,剥好的虾仁和小青菜洗净备用。

2.用盐水和鸡蛋和面,面要和干点,(硬面条软面饺)和好用保鲜膜盖好睲20分钟,再把面擀成面皮,叠起来即可切成面条。

3.起锅烧油5成热倒入肉丝,炒香加蒜末生抽,后把蘑菇丝加入锅中继续炒约半分钟,加开水和虾仁,沸后加胡椒粉适量盐和耗油,倒出汤碗里备用。

4.锅中加开水,水开后把小青菜焯水捞出备用,然后把面条下锅煮,(面条下锅不要用筷子搅,锅开后再搅),熟后捞出冷开水中过一下,再次捞出,加小青菜,盛上打好的卤水,香喷喷的虾仁青菜手擀面就做好啦!
