球形纳米钛酸钡粉体材料的合成步骤说明
钛酸钡具有铁电、压电、正温度系数效应等优异的电学性能,是电子陶瓷工业的关键性材料,现已广泛应用于陶瓷电容器、正温度电阻陶瓷热敏元件、铁电压电器件等,被称为电子陶瓷工业的支柱。此外,钛酸钡作为催化剂载体也已引起了大家重视。我们采用价格低廉的钛白粉生产的中间体偏钛酸为原料,成本降低。以偏钛酸和Ba(OH)2*8H20为原料,采用水热合成法,得到粒度分布窄、结晶性良好的球形纳米钛酸钡粉体,并进行了粒度分布、TEM、XRD测试。纳米钛酸钡粉体的制备步骤:步骤一先将钛的醇盐与过量的冰醋酸水溶液反应得到酰化钛的前驱体,再将一定量的乙酸钡加入到钛酰化物溶液中形成钡钛混合溶液,步骤二然后将此溶液缓慢加入到不断搅拌的85C以上的KOH或NaOH溶液中,很快就能得到高纯、超微米、化学计量的钛酸钡沉淀。沉淀经静置、分离、干燥、去离子水洗涤、干燥后,就直接得到钛酸钡粉体。该法所得粉体其一次平均粒径 46.7nm,二次粒子粒径分布在20~ 30nm之间,纯度高达99.80%。本次实验选用了此法制备钛酸钡粉体。x射线衍射、TEM表征以及干燥阶段对粉体粒度分布图谱呈现:
