杀回巅峰：生死拼搏的中国女排
During the just finished women’s volleyball final in Rio Olympics, the Chinese women’s volleyball team (hereafter referred to asCWVT) defeated Serbian team with 3:1 (19:25/25:17/25:22/25:23) and won the gold medal with its reversal. However, six days ago, the CWNT was admitted to the knock-out stumbling along with 2:3. At that moment, the gold medal dream was seemingly out of their reach which was of forlorn hope. Maybe, the Chinese women players were not able to adapt to the Rio and they couldn’t give full play to their professional skills. Perhaps many people lost confidence about in the CWVT leading by the Iron Hammer Lang Ping.
在刚刚结束的里约女排决赛，中国女排逆转以3:1（19:25/25:17/25:22/25:23）击败塞尔维亚赢得金牌！然而六天之前，中国女排还是以2胜3负跌跌撞撞闯入淘汰赛，金牌之梦对于中国女排似乎是遥不可及、希望渺茫！姑娘们似乎不太适应这个场地，各自的强项怎么都发挥不出来水平，或许让很多人对“铁榔头”带领的女排姑娘们失去了信心！
However, Lang Ping kept on encouraging strongly and steadily. Moreover, she continued to adjust the strategies. Finally, the Chinese women team won the gold medal with bearing against the great pressure and obtaining one score after one. Someone said the spirits of CWVT returned back! Actually, the spirits have been around all the time. Simply, the outbreak is not obvious in the past. This time, the CWVT regains the Olympic gold medal after twelve years. The gold medal is the acknowledgement and encourage for the CWVT!
但是，郎平坚定不移的激励女排战队并不断调整战略，最终女排的姑娘们在决赛中一分一分顶住最终拿下金牌！有人说：女排精神又回来了！其实，女排精神一直都在。只是，爆发得不够明显！这一次，时隔十二年中国女排再次拿到奥运会金牌！是对中国女排的肯定，也是对她们的激励！
During this battle, the most meritorious must be the head coach Lang Ping. Nowadays, the CWVT has such reserved guarantee, resources and training methods. It all owes to Lang Ping and no other coach could do that like her. Especially, Ms. Lang devotes all her heart to the CWVT. Moreover, she has picked up the slack decidedly under the great pressure and leads the CWVT to struggle to the glory! Taking a comprehensive look at this games and speaking frankly, the American team and the Brazilian team are stronger than our CWVT. And the latest black horse Serbian team comes out with its strong and unconventional playing methods!
这场战役中，最功不可没的的必须是郞指导！今天，女排能有如此的后备保障，资源，训练方式等，你换任何其他一个教练都不可能像郞导一样能争取过来。特别是，郎导对女排的那份心，在重压之下郎导毅然决然接过重担并带领女排一路拼搏走向辉煌！综合看这次女排比赛，坦白说美国队比我们强，巴西队比我们强，近来杀出的黑马塞尔维亚以及其强悍的非传统打球方式！
However, Coach Lang’s masterful leadership and the players’ hard-working and courageous struggling make all fall at their feet! As the head coach, Lang Ping has taken over the CWVT since 2013. Under her leadership, the CWVT won the silver medal in World Championship of 2014, the gold medal in World Cup of 2015 and the gold medal in Rio Olympics. And the performances have revealed the super charm and leadership of Head Coach Lang Ping.
不过，郎导的运筹帷幄，以及女排姑娘们的顽强拼搏和奋勇抗战，不得不让所有一切对她们俯首称臣！从2013年郎导执教以来，2014年世锦赛亚军、2015年世界杯冠军、里约奥运会冠军，这份成绩单，已经展现出郎导的超强魅力。
Someone says that Head Coach Lang Ping does well intechnical strategies. Especially, the new generation team—“Zhu Yuan Zhang Team” is very strong, Zhu Ting who was born in 1994, Yuan Xinyue who was born in 1996 and Zhang Changning who was born in 1995!
