校园日记13：I Like Cooking Spagetti

Today is my birthday. I invited my roommates to my birthday party and I cooked dinner for them tonight.
I like preparing dishes and I can cook all kinds of dishes. I planned to make spaghetti for them. I needed different ingredients to make the dish, such as: butter, tomatoes, beef, onions, and ketchup.
At first I turned on the stove and wait until the water boiled. Then I put the fish in the sauce pan and brought it into the boiling water. Next I chilled them for 30 minutes. The second step, I cooked the beef and vegetables. I turned up the flame of the gas stove. Then I put the butter in the same sauce pan, then beef and tomatoes, onions and ketchup and mixed them. At last, I put the spaghetti into the pan and mixed them with the sauces together.
Tada~ there came the delicious spaghetti cooked by me. My roommates said that the pasta I cooked tasted like food in heaven. They ate like horses. So, I was very delighted. What a fascinating day!

That's really amazing. You are the first student to write such a diary. This is a good writing example for others. To tell you the truth, I also like pasta. And, you know what? There are actually many kinds of pasta: penne, bow tie, angel hair, linguine, lasagna, macaroni, rotini fusilli, orecchiee and so on.
As a popular saying goes, a driver who doesn't want to be a tailor is not a good cook. Therefore, cooking is also a basic skill for survival. Have a nice day!
