网易公开课:【TED】如何掌控你的自由时间
When referring to time management, we always think about saving time and adding it up. The speaker thinks that we build the time we want, and then time saves itself. But how we get the time we want? We must know what is the most important. We are smart people, so we have the power to fill our lives with the things deserve to be there. She showed that time is highly elastic by an example of her busiest friend. Truly, we cannot make more time, but time will stretch to accommodate what we choose to put into it. I think if we know and go at the priority, we will finish it efficiently and save more time. We can make good use of the time to relax and lead a full and free life. We have 168 hours a week; we must have time to do something valuable no matter how busy we are. But small moments can have great power. You can use your bits of time for bits of joy. We don’t need lots of time to get a goal and win happiness, we feel happy in some moments. That’s the most sagacious time management.
