2021年7月30日， 上海 - 丽世度假村及酒店于近日任命孟楠先生为茶马道大理丽世酒店总经理。酒店预计于2021年9月正式揭幕。
孟楠先生毕业于新西兰著名酒店管理学院，拥有超过10年的高端酒店从业经历，曾分别受雇于悦榕庄、希尔顿、凯宾斯基和喜达屋等酒店集团及旗下多家酒店和度假村。
“孟楠先生拥有丰富的酒店运营和管理经验，基于多年房务部的工作经验让他的管理增添了一份细腻和细致的特点；加上孟楠先生曾经在云南工作多年，充分了解本地市场，我们相信他是茶马道大理丽世酒店总掌舵人的理想人选。”丽世酒店管理集团首席运营官Nitesh Pandey说到。

The Luxury Hotel Pullman Suzhou Zhonghui is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Stephan Krause as General Manager. In his new position, he will inject the new concepts into hotel operation to create memorable dining and accommodation experience for guests.
Mr. Krause is from Germany and he has rich experience on hotel operations and management in the international hospitality industry. He brings expertise refined from LHW (Leading Hotels of the World), Marriott and Accor. He has over 27 years of working experience and he has worked in Germany, Austria, Caribbean, Switzerland, Egypt, Oman, and also a long work experience in China from his assignments in Shanghai and Shenyang. Prior to joining Pullman Suzhou of Accor, he demonstrated outstanding leadership skills at Sofitel Hyland Shanghai as General Manager of the Hotel.
Mr. Krause, who is fond of culinary and lifestyle, he started his hospitality journey in the food and beverage department as chef before becoming Director of Operations, followed by the General Manager position. We believe that he will create an extraordinary journey for guests to bring the lifestyle brand Pullman to new heights in Suzhou.

Born and raised in Shenyang, James brings over 24 years of Finance experience in the hospitality industry. James has worked for famous international hotel groups such as Shangri-La, Accor and Rosewood. Peter Zhang has been appointed as Chinese Head Chef at Hilton Nanjing Riverside, in charge of Chinese kitchen team’s management, operation, cuisine creation and presentation.
Chef Zhang was born in Haozhou City, Anhui Province and he has over 20 years of highly motivated professional experience in cooking industry. During the past years, he had worked in many international hotels such as Qiantang Mansion, Renaissance Hotels, RAMADA, Grand Metropark. He owns rich experience for VIPs and Star reception.
“It my honor to be Chinese Head Chef of Hilton Nanjing Riverside” says Chef Zhang. "Conscientious cooking and practical work that keeps the high quality of food. “This is not also my responsibility, but also my obligation."
