I'm doing well Ryan, thanks for asking. 3 years, huh. That's a long time, although I have to say - at this point, it feels like it's been much longer. I guess I don't really think much about the fact that I have a reconstructed ACL anymore. I haven't done any special rehab for it in a long time. I wouldn't say my knee is 100% the same as it was before, but it doesn't prevent me from doing anything that I want to do, and the way it feels and functions now has become the new norm for me.
3年了。。。确实是很长一段时间了,我几乎不怎么去想ACL重建带给我的影响了,我也有很长一段时间没有进行什么特殊的康复训练了,我不敢说膝盖100%恢复的跟以前一样,但是目前的膝盖也不耽误我做什么想做的:)。。。而且新的韧带的感觉和功能也成了我的新规范(此处大概意思就是顺着新的韧带的感觉去运动)。
