Years ago I watched a movie called “The Legend of 1900”, which was filmed in Italy. The story started with an orphan abandoned in a tremendous ferry and suddenly he appeared to be a genius pianist, and he never left the ferryboat his whole life. His unique world was composed of sea, boat, two thousand tourists coming and going and his love for the piano. Old liner was ready to be melted in the fire stove, for this, he lost his entire spiritual world. In the end, his body flooded away with that, only leaving the loneliness and melancholy for the spectators to see.

The background piano music not only excellently completes the basic function of a music soundtrack, but also becomes an integral part of the film. This film can be called a film with piano music as the soul. I watched it when I was in junior high. It’s an old movie but still really touching and classy till now, and I would definitely recommend my friends to watch it.
