1.首先剪去香菇柄,下锅焯水,捞出凉水即可。

2.在香菇上打十字花刀,这样易入味。

3.用牙签穿过固定住。

4.将香菇均匀地裹上淀粉。

5. 锅内倒油烧热,煎到表面金黄酥脆即可捞出。
