我想要做一件有意义的事情
I wanna do something meaningful.
外贸路上，有苦有甜，有悲有喜，我们都坦然承受。
We enjoyed both the sufferings and the happiness along the road of foreign trade business.
努力了，可能成功，不努力，一定不会成功。
It might be another success if we work hard on it. Or nothing can be done.
记得自己初做业务时，什么也不懂，重点是还没有人会教你什么，经理根本不会管，哪怕你请他吃饭，叫他哥哥。
I still remember those bad days when I was a freshman in business. The point is, no one is gonna teach you anything.
The manager didn't even give a damn on it even if I tried to treat him or address him as a brother.
当然，人家没有义务帮你，所以没什么好抱怨的。
Of course, no one has the obligation to help you, so nothing to complain about.
但是我并没有放弃，而是在实战中不断积累外贸经验与产品知识。
But I didn't give it up. Instead, I gained much much experience of foreign trade and strengthened product knowledge in practice.
之后，我发现，即使换了行业，很多东西是相同的，只要用心，一样可以 很快掌握其他行业的知识，快速开展业务。
After that, I realized that many aspects of the business are similar in different Industries. We can acquire the knowledge in other fields and develop business soon as long as we work hard on it.
但是现在的外贸时代产生了巨大的变化，任何单一途径的业务拓展都在一定程度上显得略微乏力，难以支撑大局。
But now, the times of business has just changed greatly. Any single way of business development is slightly weak to a certain degree, difficult to support the overall situation.
我一直在保持分享技巧，因为我知道有很多外贸人像我最初一样迷茫，心力交瘁，无所适从。
I've been keep sharing skills and techniques, because I know there are a lot of people who are suffering what I suffered，feeling confused, physically and mentally exhausted, at a loss.
当然，Mike也同样是想做一件非常有意义的事情，让自己对别人有所帮助，让别人记住自己。
Of course, it is also because that I wanna do something meaningful, to be helpful to others, so others can remember me.
Mike希望自己能够带给大家综合性的技巧，而不是单一方面的知识。
I mean to bring people comprehensive skills and techniques, not any single aspect of foreign trade knowledge.
很多人说外贸太累人了，坚持不下去了，其实这主要是因为你个人原因造成的。
Many people say that it is so exhausting to so foreign trade jobs, they can hardly bear it any further.
It might be the problem caused by yourself.
没有稳定的订单，客户完全处于来来走走的状态。
You haven't got any stable customers or orders. Every business chance is mean to be gone after being a chance.
就像Mike之前给大家讲的，你身处一个恶性循环而不自知，从来不去跟踪或者维护客户，只是在开发开发开发。
Just like what I said to you before, " You haven't got yourself noticed that you are hanging in a bad circle of business development. You never try to make some follow-ups or maintenance to old customers. You just keep running for new targets, one by one.
当你有了稳定客户或者订单后，就不会显得这么失魂落魄，可能还会增加拓展业务的信心。
You won't feel at a loss again after you get some stable customers or orders, which may further strengthen your faith in business development.
只要认真学习Mike分享的东西，相信一定会取得很大进步。
I do believe that you'll get great improvements as long as you study the things I share carefully.
