近日,深圳鹏瑞莱佛士酒店正式任命黄礼邦先生担任总经理一职,全面负责这家位于深圳湾核心腹地的奢华酒店运营及管理工作。
黄礼邦先生来自中国香港,是一位充满热忱的酒店领导者。他拥有近28年的奢华酒店从业经历,曾服务于丽思卡尔顿、瑞吉、文华东方等奢华品牌酒店,他的足迹更是遍布香港、澳门、曼谷、吉隆坡、暹粒等著名胜地,多元化的从业经历让他积累了丰富的管理经验,深谙奢华酒店待客及运营之道,并以卓越的业绩和超群的领导能力在业内备受认可。在此次履新之前,黄礼邦先生在LVMH旗下的奢华酒店和旅行集团BELMOND担任区域总经理一职。

近日,凯悦酒店集团正式任命林智生先生 (Stanley Lam) 出任东莞松山湖凯悦酒店总经理一职,全面负责酒店日常运营及酒店管理工作。
在香港长大的林先生深深被充满魅力的酒店服务行业所吸引,他说:“穿戴西装革履,在一个时髦且有格调的地方工作并常常能与来自世界各地、身份各样的客人接触令我十分着迷。”
1991年,刚刚毕业的林先生加入了凯悦集团。此后,他在酒店业的翘楚——香港君悦22年的职业生涯里不断自我锻炼提升,在各个餐饮部门获得异常丰富厚实的前线经验。正是这促使他成为优秀卓越的餐饮管理人才。
2013年,林先生调动至广州富力君悦酒店进一步发展,继而被任命为餐饮部总监、餐饮部行政助理经理及酒店经理。2017年,林先生凭着他出色的管理水平成功担任重庆富力凯悦酒店的总经理并带领团队屡创佳绩。

Recently, Hyatt Hotels Corporation appointed Mr. Stanley Lam as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Dongguan.
Stanley grew up in Hong Kong, attracted to the glamour of the hospitality industry. “I enjoy wearing a suit, working in a place that’s stylish and cool and having the opportunity to engage with different people from all over the world.”
In 1991, Stanley joined the Hyatt family as an outlet supervisor at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong after graduation. Over the next 22 years, he progressed in F&B and management roles at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, gaining a wealth of front-line experience in multiple outlets at the flagship hotel.
In 2013 he moved to Grand Hyatt Guangzhou, where he continued to progress as Director of F&B, Executive Assistant Manager of F&B and Hotel Manager. In 2017, he advanced to his inaugural General Manager role at Hyatt Regency Chongqing.
Stanley has enjoyed multiple stays at Hyatt Regency Dongguan and believes fate has led him to his new leadership role. “I plan to bring innovation and elevate the guest experience and overall hotel results. At the same time, I intend to successfully lead the professional growth of the team. Hyatt Regency Dongguan has been operating for more than 10 years, so refurbishment plans are in place, and I’m excited to be involved in that.”

Recently, Sheraton Zhanjiang Hotel appointed Mr. Edwin Lee as General Manager, he will be fully responsible for hotel daily operation and management.
A native of Singapore, Edwin comes with 14 years of working experience in the hospitality industry where he gained solid skills and knowledge in both leadership and hotel management throughout his career. Prior to this role, Edwin was the Director of Operations of Sheraton Guangzhou and comes with strong Food & Beverage knowledge. He took on the role of taskforce General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen for 3 months, where he led the team to improve Food & Beverage revenue.
We believe Edwin’s hospitality expertise and enthusiasm for operational excellence will be the catalyst for the hotel’s success moving forward. We are confident that given his experience and market knowledge, he will be a great addition to the hotel and will be able to lead the team to achieve stellar results in his new and expanded role.

Mr. Steven Cai has been announced as the Hotel Manager of Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Jinlin Lijiang and Howard Johnson Jinlin Plaza Lijiang. As the Hotel Manager, Mr. Cai will be the primary strategic leader of the hotel with responsibility for all areas of the hotel’s operation and management.
Steven joined Hospitality Industry since 2002 with management position in Finance Department, and began his career with GCH in the year of 2010 as Director of Finance in GHC Branded hotel.
Steven has diverse career background of such multicultural and international brand hotels with 19 years of operating hotel experience. He brings expertise refined from Shangri-la Hotels Group, Swissotel Group, Langham Hotel Group and Marriott Hotels, and has work in Suzhou, Foshan, Zhoushan, Kunming, Sanya, Haikou, Chengdu and other cities in China.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Mr. Quinn Pu as Hotel Manager of Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai. With rich experience of hotel operations and management, Quinn is fully in charge of the hotel’s daily operation and enhancement of the products and services, aiming to increase hotel reputation and revenue.
Quinn graduated from The Shannon College of Hotel Management in Ireland, and has developed his career across different countries, including United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, China, and Malaysia. With over 20 years of experiences in international hotel management, Quinn is a passionate hotelier with a deep understanding of the essence of hospitality. Before joining Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, he worked at Waldorf Astoria Chengdu as Director of Operations, leading the team to continuously provide outstanding services. Chef Ball is a professional culinarian with more than 28 years of experience in the best 5 Star Hotels & Restaurants in the world.
Chef Ball suddenly found himself top of his class, catching the eye of more than one of his tutors as being a naturally gifted chef. Acting on that love as soon as he completed high school, David joined Spot-less Catering Sydney’s chef apprenticeship program. For four years, he rotated between different hotels and restaurants with the company, picking up enough chops in the kitchen for the InterContinental Sydney to hire him at 19 as the Sous Chef for their fine-dining restaurants.
Chef Ball worked at the Four Seasons Sydney in the 3 Chef Hats Kable’s Restaurant, where he gained experience in quality control, while bettering his culinary skills. Chef Ball wanted that next level. He wanted King Koopa himself, Gordon Ramsay. Aged 25, the intensely motivated Ball moved to London to work at Pétrus Michelin Star Restaurant.
In 2005, Chef Ball made his way to Hong Kong to the InterContinental Hong Kong as their Chef de Cuisine, and a name in the top 10 chefs. From Hong Kong Chef Ball joined the Peninsular Beijing in 2008. Numerous Executive Chef positions followed, such as Flagship Langham Shenzhen, JW Marriott Hangzhou and his last stop, The Ritz Carlton Beijing.
In his innermost heart, Chef Ball is secretly a gamer: he’s gunning for the next level. Growing up, Chef Ball cooked for his family from an early age. “It was more of a love than a job,” he says of the days preparing cakes, pastries and other creations for his parents. For Chef Ball, there’s been no code cheating, no level hopping. He’s achieved 'chef’ status through diligence and hard work. When asked to sum up what he’s learned from 'chefdom’, he simply says: “Be patient”. Spoken like a true gentleman.
With Chef Ball’s strong personal bond, his drive for perfection and strong creativity and organizational skills, he will lead the culinary team in turning out exceptional creations throughout the culinary division.
