故事四作者：新加坡Khoo Teck Puat医院。32岁的中国妇女，呼吸困难4月。国内医闹太严重，跑到新加坡去看病。A 32-year-old Chinese woman with no past medical history presented with increasing shortness of breath over a period of four months.胸片：胸腔积液。胸腔穿刺抽出少量浑浊胸水。放管引流胸水，屁都没有。CT也很像胸腔积液。
