内心宁静

“风吹幡动”讲述的是六祖惠能法师的故事。当时惠能法师去广州法性寺，值印宗法师讲《涅盘经》，有幡被风吹动,于是便有二僧辩论风幡，一个说风动，一个说幡动，争论不已。惠能法师却说：不是风动，也不是幡动，是你们的心动！

我们的内心是非常有趣的，中文中和“心”相关的词语成千上万，有诚心，爱心，同情心，开心，静心等等…一个人的生活状态和自己“心”的状态息息相关。有的时候，我们的内心会感到焦躁，不安，想要找一方净土更是难上加难。

记得在《功夫熊猫》第一部的里，Po的师傅一直嘴里喊着“Inner Peace”，但是他一直无法进入那种内心平静的状态。其实这样的状态，我们每个人多多少少可能都有经历过，今天分享一句可以帮助我们找到内心平静的名言。
