2. 使用名词属格时，必须注意的地方

一般来说，’s属格多用于有生命的东西，of属格多用于无生命的东西，但实际上，两种结构既有区别之处，又有相通之处。

（3）必须用’s属格的情况

Ten kilometres’ distance 10千米的距离

例句：Ten kilometers is quite a long distance for the little boy.

对于这个小男孩来说，十公里是相当长的一段距离。

结构分析：Ten kilometers是主语，is是系动词，quite a long distance 是表语，for the little boy是状语。

Two tons’ weight两吨的重量

例句：Two tons’s weight is loaded on the object.

两吨的重量施加在这个物体上。

结构分析：Two tons’s weight是主语，is loaded是谓语，on the object是状语。

200 dollars’ worth of goods价值200美元的货物

例句：This project has sales of 200 dollars’ worth of goods.

这个项目目前每年要销售价值近200美元的货物。

结构分析：This project是主语，has是谓语，sales of 200 dollars’ worth of goods是宾语。
