多慢才算慢?慢深呼吸:一个被身体遗忘的健康密码
21世纪节奏飞快的生活中,一场慢悠悠的运动——瑜伽,悄悄席卷了世界。
截至2020年,全球约有3亿人练习瑜伽。在日本,练习瑜伽的人数从2005-2010五年之间增长了413%;2012-2016年,美国瑜伽群体拓展了50%,到2020年,增长至175%。
哈佛医学院指出,瑜伽对生理(身体柔韧性、肌肉耐力、心肺功能,及血压、血脂、血糖等)及心理(精神压力、焦虑、忧郁等)都有可见的益处,是一项增进身心健康的低风险、高收益的运动。
为什么瑜伽会有这么多好处?
不少长年研习的瑜伽教练曾表示,练习瑜伽最大的助益不外乎一件事——呼吸。
