Introduce for version 6.1 of Plant Applications, the Unified Manufacturing Database (UMDB) combines data for the Proficy SOA data model and the Plant Applications model. Refer to Key Concepts. The Contents tab gives list of topics. The Proficy Client user interface (UI) can be enabled to support the Plant Applications data models. Refer to "MESCore Service Provider Documentation" from the Contents tab of this help system.
