2021年6月5日早上，收到来自伯兰国这殊荣的文化艺术部长之任命书，可谓任重道远，本人感到极为荣耀，非常感恩伯兰国王陛下埃米尔·海亚威博士及总理伊登·索里亚诺·特立尼达教授之厚爱，余将尽其所能不负诸位所托，在此也感谢所有人的热烈祝贺，祝大家身体安康，吉祥如意，让全球文化艺术永放光华！
