教学过程

Step One:  Warming up and revision

1. Show the class a short video. And lead to today' s new topic. Then let students look at the picture. Find out the words that we have learnt.

设计目的:一段短视频能激发学生的学习热情,自然引出今天所学的新主题――互相问候。通过图片复习以前所学的单词,加深记忆。

Step Two: Practice

1. Ask the students to look at the pictures in la and make conversations.

2. Ask three or four pairs to act out the conversation for each picture. Accept any possible answers. Encourage the students as much as possible.

3. While a boy and a girl are making the conversation, ask the other students "Whats his name?/ What's her name? and help them to answer His name is.../ Her name is...Then draw a picture of a boy and a picture of a girl on the blackboard and teach his and her.

设计目的:在学生谈论的同时引入 his /her I的教学,显得十分自然。同时,简笔画的添加让学生对his和her有了更直观的了解。

Step Three :Listening

1. Before listening, ask some students to read the names in 1b.

2. Play the recording for the first time. Students only listen.

3. Listen to the recording again, students number the conversation

4. Listen to the recording a third time, Circle the names they hear

5. Check the answers

Step Four:  Conversations

1. Listen and imitate the conversations.

Make up similar conversations.

3. Ask some pairs to act in front of the class.

Step Five:  Group work

Four students a group. Let them have a group work.

T : Hello, I 'm Xing Jiahuan. What 's your name ?

A : I 'm... .

T : What is his name ?

A : His name is ... .

T : What is her name ?

A : Her name is ... .

Let students practice 5 minutes. Then ask some groups to show us their own conversations.

Step Six : Summary

Let students summarize what we have learnt. Then do some exercises.
