Bajie didn't know Guanyin was really Red Boy in disguise.
"The Tang Monk is in trouble," said Bajie to the fake Guanyin. "A demon named Red Boy is planning to eat him. Can you help us?"
八戒并不知道这个观音菩萨是红孩儿变的。
“唐僧有麻烦了。” 八戒对着假观音菩萨说，“有个叫红孩儿的妖怪要吃了他。您能帮帮我们吗？”
"Of course," said the fake Guanyin. "I know Red Boy. He's very nice. I doubt he'll harm the Tang Monk. Let's go to Red Boy's cave and talk to him."
Bajie and the fake Guanyin flew to Red Boy's cave.
“当然。” 假观音菩萨说，“我知道红孩儿。他人很好。我不相信他会伤害唐僧。我们去红孩儿的洞穴找他谈谈吧。”

Bajie went in first. Red Boy returned to his normal appearance and then sneaked up behind Bajie. He threw a sack over Bajie.
"Hey, what's going on?" shouted Bajie.
"I'm not Guanyin, you fool!" Red Boy laughed. "I'm Red Boy! Now you can’t run away!"
八戒先走了进去。红孩儿变回了自己，然后悄悄地走到了八戒身后。他用一个大麻袋套住了八戒。
“嘿，怎么回事儿？” 八戒大叫。
“我不是观音菩萨，傻瓜！” 红孩儿大笑道，“我是红孩儿！现在你跑不掉了！”
Red Boy locked Bajie in a room.
"Why isn't Bajie back yet?" asked Wujing.
Wukong frowned. "He probably stopped to take a nap. That pig is so lazy."
Wujing nodded. "Yes, he's very lazy. What should we do now?"
红孩儿把八戒关进了一间屋子里。
“八戒为什么还不回来？” 悟净问。
悟空皱着眉头说：“他可能又去打瞌睡了。那头猪很懒。”
悟净点点头。“是的，他确实很懒。我们现在要怎么办？”
"I'm going to sneak into Red Boy's cave," said Wukong. "I want to make sure the Tang Monk is still alive. Then I'll go to Guanyin myself."
Wukong turned himself into a bee and flew up the mountain. He slipped through the cave door and flew down a long tunnel.
“我得去一下红孩儿的洞穴。” 悟空说，“我要去看一下唐僧是否还活着，然后我去找观音菩萨。”

Soon he heard the Tang Monk crying.

Guanyin's face burned with anger. "How dare that demon make himself look like me!"
The bodhisattva grabbed a vase and stormed outside. She threw the vase down into the ocean, and the vase sank.

Wukong gasped. "That vase was a Buddhist treasure! Why did you throw it away?"
Guanyin didn't answer. A minute later the water started to rumble. The vase reappeared. It was atop the shell of a giant turtle.
悟空大吃一惊。“那净瓶是佛祖的宝贝啊！你为什么要扔了它？”
观音菩萨没有回答。过了一会儿，海水开始翻滚。净瓶又出现了。它在一只巨大的海龟背上。
The turtle came onto the shore and bowed its head.
"Go down and get the vase, Wukong," said Guanyin.

"Grr!" Wukong grunted and used all of his strength.

"Bodhisattva!" he called. "I don't understand. It's just a small vase, but I can't lift it!"

Guanyin came down the mountain. "That vase just traveled around the world, through all the oceans and rivers. It now holds an ocean's worth of water—magic water. The water will put out Red Boy's fire."
Guanyin picked up the vase with one hand.
