明明下定决心要控制饮食,看到垃圾食品还是忍不住“真香”; 计划今天要学的网课还没看完,却沉迷刷剧停不下来; 朋友圈刚发完“今天我一定要早睡”,刷着手机又到了凌晨3点; 买了跑鞋和瑜伽垫,没用几次,就放在角落里吃灰了; ……




于是我们迎来了又一次的“自律失败”。
