3 shower 阵雨vi./n.

如：It showered last night. 昨天夜里下了阵雨。

A thunder shower is coming up. 雷阵雨马上就要来了。

4 torrential rain 暴雨

如：Torrential rain continues to hit China. 暴雨持续袭击中国。

The building collapsed following torrential rain. 这栋楼在暴雨过后倒塌了。

5 clear up 放晴

如：It will clear up early in the morning . 早上很早就会放晴的。
