十五讲 当代解剖学看不见的经络是否真有？

 

吕记者：您在《当代中医药生命动力学》一书中指出，在传统中医理论中经络学说处于非常重要的地位，这是因为人体中的“精”——生命动力源的离子通过经络来传动，并通过针灸等方式可以用来施治各种病。据我所知，为了搞清楚经络的实质，我国中医药学界及相关的科技界史无前例地动员了许多人力和物力，对人体的经络系统进行了深入研究，可以说相当彻底地解决了人体经络系统的客观存在，并确认经络系统是独立于神经系统，血脉系统、淋巴系统。但是如今也有一些人认为还没有解决好，比如在经络与神经关系上，有些人提出触动经络穴位时，为什么神经有感觉？所以反中医的一些人士认为经络是意念的东西，没有什么实质性东西，“神经和经络是一回事”。中医药学界一直在考虑如何回答这个问题，但是由于经络的实质没有定论，所以这个问题一直搁浅在那里。金总编您对这个问题如何看待？

金总编：吕记者，你提的很实质性的问题，这里有两个问题：一是神经里究竟什么东西传导？二是经络里传动的东西又是什么？是否两者都一样？先说，有关神经里传导方式问题，这是当代生物医学早就知道的情况，我们知道神经细胞内钾（K⁺）离子远远多于神经细胞外的K⁺，而神经细胞外钠（Na⁺）离子远远多于神经细胞内的Na⁺。也就是神经细胞内外的K⁺、Na⁺离子浓度相差很大。在这种情况下就会发生浓差电位（E），此时与离子浓度之间有下列能斯特关系：
 

E（神经）=E₀（神经）+B（神经）lnC（Na⁺，K⁺）
 

比如从外界碰上人体的某神经细胞区时，必然对细胞内外的离子浓度发生了触动，因而引起浓差电位的变化，这个电位以电的信号形式通过一串神经细胞中的Na⁺，K⁺离子电位的变化传递到脑神经中枢，由此引起了某种感觉。其实在人体里不同器官的各种细胞中，除了Na，K+之外还有其他分布的生命动力源的离子（V⁺⁺，Cr⁺⁺，Fe⁺⁺，Co⁺⁺，Ni⁺⁺，Cu⁺⁺，Zn⁺⁺等），这些离子也有不同的浓差电位及其由于离子的磁矩分布而引起的电磁场强度。此时有下列能斯特方程：

E（肝）=E₀（肝）+B（肝）lnC（Zn⁺⁺，Mn⁺⁺，Cu⁺⁺……）
E（肺）=E₀（肺）+B（肺）lnC（Zn⁺⁺，Mn⁺⁺，Cu⁺⁺……）
E（脾）=E₀（脾）+B（脾）lnC（Zn⁺⁺，Mn⁺⁺，Cu⁺⁺……）

同样，人体十二正经奇经八脉的所有穴位细胞群也相应地有各自的生命动力源离子的浓差电位及电磁场强度。我们不难想到这些穴位及其经络的电位及电磁场强度的变化必然影响到邻近神经末梢系统的电位及电场强度，所以人们常常通过神经系统感受到经络和穴位上的电场的变化。这样很容易使人们感到这两种系统实际上“一回事”，于是把经络的传送过程看作神经传递过程。

吕记者：我以前也把针刺传递现象看作是神经作用，通过您的讲解才知道神经和经络是两个不同的系统，只是因为都是以电位、电场变化形式出现，所以使人的感觉分不清而已。

金总编：这里还有一些更细微的机理，比如你可以知道那些具有离子半径比较小又有微磁性的离子（Mn⁺⁺，Fe⁺⁺，Cu⁺⁺……）的浓差电位与离子半径较大又没有微磁性的K⁺、Na⁺浓差电位有原则上的差别。由于前者离子的任何运动，影响离子的表观微磁性及电场强度，必然引起电磁场的变化，故这种电磁场的电磁波就可以波及到相当远的距离。很自然，就能传感到离经穴不远的神经系统上，引起神经浓差电位的变化，这就是为什么经络传感于神经系统的主要原因。正是由于人体内具有微磁性的生命动力源的含水络合离子在各个器官和组织的细胞中存在和运动，使人类的各器官和组织就有不同的电磁场强和电磁波源，以至使量子共振谱仪（QRS）能够检测出2000多种不同电磁波谱，正是这样从这些器官和组织的波谱变化就可以判断所对应的器官和组织生命活动的正常与否，也就是可以间接地了解到这些器官和组织内生命动力源含水络合离子的分布正常与否。本讲目的就是让我们重新认识经络的客观存在性。只有把经络的实质如实地看成这些生命动力源运动和传输的路径时，我们才有可能解释为什么经线的电阻那么低，为什么如同半导体一样温度越高电阻率越下降，为什么外界磁、声、光、电能够影响人体生化过程的一系列物理化学过程的根本原因。解决了这些问题之后，我们将在另一讲中进一步通过《易经》探讨人体内经络的十二正经奇经八脉的立体空间分布。

吕记者：我考虑到经络问题不仅是国内非常关注，而且国外医学科技界也很感兴趣，所以建议您能否把这一讲的内容用英语简要介绍。

Abstract
 

Meridian theory has high status in the traditional Chinese medicine theory, because the human body's 'spirit' transmits through the meridians, all kinds of disease can be treated by acupuncture. In order to get the essence of meridian, our circles of Chinese medicine academic and interrelated scientific community have mobilized so much manpower and material resource to deeply study the human body meridian system, thoroughly proving the existence of human body meridian, and making sure that the meridian system is independent of nervous system, blood system, and lymphatic system. But now some people think that the truth of the existence of human body meridian has not been confirmed completely, for example in the relationship of meridian and neural, some people have proposed a question that, when meridian is touched, why the nerve has feeling? So they think that nerve and meridian are the same thing. Our Chinese medicine academic circles have been thinking about how to answer this question, but because the essence of meridian is not clear, so this problem has been put aside. Now people prove the real activities entities of meridians   through more and more research. We all know that the nervous system mainly reflect nerve sensation through concentration potential of Potassium ion (K+) and Sodium ion（Na+）, according to the Nernst theory we can know that

E（nerve）=E0（nerve）+B（nerve）lnC（Na+，K+）

While in the meridian system:

E（meridian）=E0（meridian）+B（meridian）lnC（Cu++，Mn++，Zn++，Fe++）

Here the concentration potential of ions (Mn++, Fe++，Cu++……) with small ion radius and micro magnetic is fundamentally different from the concentration potential of ions (K+、Na+) with large ion radius and little magnetic. Because that any exercise of former ion affect apparent micro magnetic and electric field intensity of ions, inevitably lead to changes of electromagnetic field, so the electromagnetic waves of the electromagnetic field that can pass through a long distance, then spread to the nerve that is not far from meridian, leading to the change of concentration potential of ion. It is the main reason why the signal of meridian spreads to the nervous system. Because of the exist and movement of water complexation ion with micro magnetic and life power source in various cells of organs and tissues in the human body, people could detect more than 2,000 kinds of different electromagnetic spectrum by Quantum Resonant mass Spectrometer (QRS), therefore, we can judge that life activities of organs and tissues are normal or not through spectrum changes of organs and tissues. We can indirectly know that the distribution of water complexation ion of power source of life is normal or not. The purpose of this chapter is to let us re-know the essence of meridian. When the essence of meridian is truthfully treated as sport center and transmission path of power source of life, we can possibly explain why the resistance of meridian line is so low, why the higher the temperature is, the lower the resistivity becomes as semiconductor, and the essential reasons why the external magnetic, sound, light, electricity, can affect human biochemical process that is a series of physical and chemical processes. After these problems are solved through this chapter, the author profoundly explores the distribution of stereo space of the twelve meridians and the eight extra meridians of human body.

吕记者：经络问题一直是世界华人和国人关心的问题，金总编您认为目前有什么问题尚未解决？

金总编：经络学说是传统中医学理论中最重要的组成部分之一，中国是经络学说的故乡。一九四九年中华人民共和国成立之后，有些外国学者说发现了经络的“实质”，这引起了我国国家领导和中医药学界的极大重视，国家投入了比任何重大课题还大的全国性团队来研究这一课题，其结果实际上证实了经络的客观存在性，至于经络的实质实际上也相当弄清了，但是中医学界把它看成神秘化的东西，直到目前不作定论。下面我进一步讲一讲经络学说所面临的第一大问题：经络是否客观存在？

在中医药学理论中经络学说是最重要的组成部分之一。在中国已经有数千年的历史，最近几十年以针灸的治疗方法传播到世界很多地方，特别是欧美等发达国家和地区越来越多的人开始尝试接受针灸治疗，今天针灸已经成为世界医学中不可忽视的内容，且表现出越来强大的生命力，其原因最重要的是表现在疗效性、安全性、简便性。但是对针灸所依赖的经络的客观存在性及其实质问题还在争论之中，所以彻底揭开经络的客观存在性及本质仍然是当代中医药学理论研究的最重要的研究课题之一。
