牛年伊始,德国阿迪达斯还是和美国锐步说拜拜了。早有传闻称阿迪达斯想剥离销量持续下滑的子公司锐步,但靴子落地的一刻,还是让人为两大体育品牌的分道扬镳唏嘘不已。

在商言商,适者生存。阿迪达斯15年前花38亿美元买下锐步,是为了同耐克争夺美国市场。毕竟手握篮球NBA和足球NFL两大联盟供货协议的锐步,也曾如日中天。阿迪达斯如今卖掉锐步,则是为了在新冠肺炎疫情冲击下断臂求生。该公司财报显示,纵使花天价请Ariana Grande等国际顶流代言,锐步对阿迪达斯销量的贡献率已从10年前的18%,腰斩至不到7%。

柳暗花明,或又一村。3月10日即将公布全新五年规划的阿迪达斯称,卖掉锐步更能使其专注自身品牌的全球发展,这也释放出该公司“重塑产品和服务” 战略转型的重要信号。毕竟品牌价值的日积月累,终究要靠产品和服务本身,而非品牌买卖这类资本运作。不忘初心,创造价值,仍应该是每个企业孜孜以求的成长目标。

欧莱雅中国同比增长27.0%

L’Oréal China Grew +27.0% Like-For-Like

欧莱雅集团发布最新财报显示,集团在下半年重回正增长,并在第四季度加速,录得4.8%的增长,同时市场份额也显著提升。

L 'Oreal Group released its latest financial results that the Group returned to growth in the second half, with a fourth quarter in acceleration at +4.8%, and won significant market shares.

财报显示,在新兴市场,集团下半年在所有区域都扭负为增。中国市场的表现尤为出色,对集团整体的财务表现贡献重大。

In the New Markets, the Group saw a return to growth in all Zones in the second half of the year. The performance of China is spectacular and its contribution to the performance of the Group is important.

集团在中国大陆市场同比增长27.0%,合并增长24.1%。

Chinese mainland grew +27.0% like-for-like and +24.1% based on reported figures.

中国大陆的美妆市场整体在下半年恢复显著,全年增速达4%,消费者在所有渠道对高档品牌的需求以及活力十足的电商为其注入动力。

The market recovered significantly in the second half, growing around +4% in the year, boosted by strong omnichannel demand for selective brands and very dynamic e-commerce.

消费者对功效越来越高的要求,加上对产品卓越品质更高的期待,继续带动市场高端化趋势,同时各类节庆和促销活动也有力刺激了市场增长。

Consumers’ quest for higher performance and superior product quality continued the premiumisation trend while various festivals and promotional campaigns stimulated growth.

亚马逊航空货运承包商预计一季度收入将增加

Amazon Air Cargo Contractor Forecast An Increase In 1Q Revenue

得益于疫情期间需求的增加,亚马逊航空承包商阿特拉斯航空全球控股公司周四预计今年一季度收入将增加。

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings on Thursday forecast an increase in first-quarter revenue as the Amazon air contractor continues to benefit from higher demand during the Covid-19 pandemic.

这家货运和租赁公司从去年净亏损2.93亿美元,恢复到2020年实现盈利3.6亿美元,去年收入增长17%,至32亿美元。

The cargo-and-charter company swung to a profit of $360 million in 2020 from a net loss the year earlier of $293 million, with revenue last year rising 17% to $3.2 billion.

阿特拉斯表示,亚马逊上个月增持了该公司股份。

Amazon increased its stake in the company last month, Atlas said.

American, JetBlue Start Jointly Selling Tickets Under New Partnership

据外媒报道,美国航空和捷蓝航空周四开始互售对方航空公司机票,开启了这两家航空公司2020年宣布的合作关系。

American Airlines and JetBlue Airways on Thursday started selling tickets on each other’s airline, launching the partnership the two carriers announced last year.

两家航空公司同意取消纽约约翰·菲茨杰拉德·肯尼迪国际机场和罗纳德·里根华盛顿国家机场的部分航班。

The airlines agreed to divest some slots at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

根据协议,总部位于得克萨斯州沃斯堡的美国航空公司和总部位于纽约的捷蓝航空公司已经开始联合销售从纽约和波士顿出发的近75条航线的座位,实施代码共享。

Under the agreement so far, Fort Worth, Texas-based American and New York-based JetBlue have started jointly selling seats on almost 75 routes from New York and Boston, a practice known as code sharing.

两家航空公司希望扩大合作伙伴关系以获得利润并减少彼此的损耗。

The airlines later expect to expand the partnership to earn and burn benefits for each other’s frequent flyer programs.
