摇湖钓月堤边柳，唱夏惊蝉水里蛙。
巧借晚风寻绮梦，任凭心韵醉仙家。
细声遥向吴刚约，可有功夫共品茶。

The veil that shrouds the sky is gently oped at night ;
The light of stars adorns the sky with flowers shared.
The willows on banks slightly shake in the moon light;
In lake frogs sing summer but cicadas are scared.
I happen to seek my fond dream thro the night breeze;
And let the melody of my heart charm gods free.
I dated Wu Gang in the moon afar where he's;
"Do you have time to drink tea together withme?"

The Huqin and tupan both have unusual skill，
Playing the tones of Xipi and Erhuang quite well.
The words in operas have vivid and rhythmic spell;
The singing tune is more mellow and stronger still.
The actors pace once in court boots with three shakesclear;
On stage an actress waves her sleeves back and forththere.
They act the ancient, mordern worldly things so fair;
And make up as worldly good and bad figures here.

The Fate of Lotus

I long for summer coz I love the lotus fair,
And used to stroll by th' pond silently when I'm free.
The flowers say nothing but blend with my heart there;
The leaves unfold and jiggle t' drown bad moods forme.
The layers of waves chant the grace of spiritunfurled;
Waves of fragrance reveal quiet beauty now and then.
If it's not difficult to end the things from world,
I wish to change into breeze with you to learn Zen.

无求仙阙赢尊宠，但助人间避恶凶。

You grow in woods beside the water calmly oh ,
Your blue purple is the same as the floret’s here.
The wind blows you and gives off fragrance far andnear；
Your verdure’s washed when rains dropped on you to andfro.
You never ask fairy palace for honor there，
But help the world avoid the evil and bad fate.
Don't think you are tiny but unusual and great;
A simple weed has earned the god-like title fair.
