猪肉(夹心肉)
400g
李锦记叉烧酱
4大勺

1. 1、买肉要买夹心肉的部分,大约准备400g左右的猪肉(就像雪花一样的肉是最好的),然后洗干净切成大约4cm左右宽的长条备用。

2. 准备调料(一种就ok了)

3. 用勺子盛出大约4大勺

4. 均匀涂抹

5. 盖上盖子,然后放进冰箱(我一般都是周末早上到菜场买回来腌制,第二天中午做来吃)

6. 把腌制好的肉连同酱汁一起倒进电饭锅再加适量的料酒然后把功能调到煮饭功能就可以了,煮到冒气泡了闻到香味就打开盖子把肉翻一面继续煮到电饭锅跳到保温功能就是已经熟了

7. 夹起来稍凉一会就可以切片了
