【新旧合约】Old and New Contracts.

I've looked over the contract and I think we're going to have to have to make some changes.

王小五

I agree.I noticed some serious problems and we might have to write a new contract.

李小男

Before we decide whether or not to do that,Let's discuss the major issuse.

王小五

One issue we need to talk about is the payment date.

李小男

Right.Do you think we should extend the payment date to make things easier for this client?

王小五

Yes I do,because we're a start-up company and we really need this client's business.

李小男

Good.We settled this issue,but I think the current contract is too complicated.

王小五

I agree.You have to be a lawyer to understand all the details!

李小男

Let's have a staff meeting and discuss how to write the new contract.

王小五

OK,this time we should make sure it will be easier for our client to understand the details.
