其实,除了避免上面几种高糖分水果外,糖友吃水果还有以下需要注意的几点:
1、要对自身的血糖水平有一定的了解和控制,如果血糖水平比较稳定,可以适当吃水果,控制好数量。
2、选择糖分含量比较低的水果,如苹果、猕猴桃、柚子等。
3、吃水果的时间,可以选择在餐前或者两餐之间,计算好热量。如果在餐后吃,可能会造成血糖迅速上升。
