3. a negative effect

the negative part or disadvantege of something

→ 常见搭配：the downside of

5. a frequent criticism

e.g.A frequent criticism of living in a city is traffic jams.

6. an argument against

e.g. An argument against of living in a city is you can't have farm animals.
