高均匀性薄涂层复合粉末的研制

【摘要】 以酒石酸钾钠和氨作为稳定剂和络合剂,在碱性酸溶液中,采用水合联氨作为还原剂,实现了细钨粉外表的镀镍和镀铜。所得的铜镍包钨复合粉分散性和均匀性好。影响过程的主要因素有联氨的浓度、温度、PH值以及络合剂的浓度等。
【Abstract】 In an alkaline aquatic solution, with potassitm sodium tartrate and ammonia as the stable and complex agents, copper-coating and nickelcoating have been realized on fine tungsten powders. The copper-nickel coated composite powders have been obtained by this process. The powders obtained have better dispersion and uniformity. The main elements affeeting the process are found to be the hydrozine coneentration, conplex coneentration, temperature and pH value etc.
