适当挨饿不仅能减肥,还能“饿”垮癌细胞?
一、有些癌胖着胖着就来了
1、一项纳入282000例患者的荟萃分析表明,患乳腺癌的风险随体重(BMI)的升高而增加,BMI>30kg/m2的乳腺癌患病风险增加了1.3~2倍,肥胖可显著增加乳腺癌患病风险[1]。
2、一项对524万例英国的研究对象进行7.5年的随访[2],其研究结果表明,BMI与绝经后乳腺癌发病率成正相关,BMI指数每增加5kg/m2,绝经后患乳腺癌的风险率增加5%。
1、一项大型的前瞻性临床试验[3],比较他莫昔芬与阿那曲唑辅助内分泌治疗5年的疗效,结果表明肥胖患者的预后较差。
2、一项荟萃分析[4]显示,肥胖与正常体质量的乳腺癌患者相比复发或死亡风险增加30%。
3、一项分析BMI与乳腺癌结局之间的相关性发现[5],以及与正常体质量患者相比,肥胖患者在随访10年后发生远处转移的风险高46% 。

“限食”不是不吃东西,断食期间也要保证低热量的营养摄入;
限食要与运动结合,可进行散步等强度较小的运动,避免剧烈运动;
限食不能只考虑热量不考虑营养,同样是500千卡,吃果蔬比喝糖水更营养。
