犀角地黄汤治疗系统性红斑狼疮急性活动期热毒炽盛证的临床研究

ABSTRACT

O bj ecti ve

To observe the clinical efficency and adverse reaction of XI JIAO DI HUANGTANG (XJDHT) used to treat the acute stage of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)which belongs to the noxious heat type .

M ethods

22 cases of the patients were treated with XI JIAO DI HUANG TANG (XJDHT)onthe basis of routine therapy as treatment group and 20 cases of the patients weretreated with routine therapy as co ntrol group . Observing the inprovement of laboraryexamination data (blood sedimentation, leukogram, complement C3 , ANA,ENA, etc)and the therapy dose of hormone,to evaluate the clinical efficency and adversereaction of XI JIAO DI HUANG TANG.

Results

The results show that the total effective rate were 86.40% and 65.00% intreatment group and control group respectively(P<0.05),the changes of theinprovement of laborary examination data in treatment group was highly superior tothis in control group (P <0.05); the therapy dose of hormone and the incidence ofside- effect in treatment group was obviously lower than control group .

Conclusion

XI JIAO DI HUANG TANG was more efficient and safe to the patient of acutestage of Sy stemic Lupus Erythematosus which belongs to the noxious heat type .
