今天分享一首Richard Ashcroft的《A Song For The Lovers》。
这首歌曲来自他2000年发行的专辑《Alone with everyone》，由他自己创作。2000年4月3日，这首歌作为该专辑在英国发行的第一首单曲，在英国单曲排行榜冲到第三名，与Ashcroft 2006年的单曲《Break The Night with Colour》不相上下。
Richard Ashcroft 原名 Richard Paul Ashcroft，1971年9月11日生于英格兰维冈市的比林奇市。1989年帮助建立了The Verve乐队，没错，小E推过他们的Bitter Sweet Symphony。他是The Verve最著名的先锋。1999年乐队解散后，阿什克罗夫特开始了他的独唱生涯，2000年发行了《Alone with Everybody》，2002年发行了《Human Conditions》，2006年发行了《Keys to the World》。
