雅思口语 和eating相关的表达

1 bite sth.=grab a bite 咬一口 (一般是比较小的东西，像是汉堡等快餐)

2 chew 咀嚼

3 nibble sth.=have/take a nibble 小口吃  （像小兔子吃东西一样）

e.g. Linda lay face down on a living room couch, nibbling popcorn.琳达趴在客厅的一张沙发上，小口吃着爆米花。

e.g. She nibbled at a piece of dry toast.她小口啃着一片干面包。

e.g. We each took a nibble.我们每人吃了一小口。

4 sip=take/have a sip 小口啜

e.g.He sipped at the glass and then put it down.他抿了一口，然后放下杯子。

e.g.Harry took a sip of bourbon /ˈbɜːbən/ . 哈里喝了一小口波旁威士忌酒。

5 swallow 吞咽n./vt./vi.

e.g. Polly took a bite of the apple, chewed, and swallowed.波莉咬了一口那个苹果，嚼了嚼吞了下去。

e.g.Jan lifted her glass and took a quick swallow. 简举起杯子，迅速咽了一口。

6 burp 打嗝n./vt./vi.

e.g.Never do silly things like burp or pour gravy ['greɪvɪ] on your fingers or something silly. 吃饭时不要做些像打嗝或将肉汁倒在手指上与其他一些滑稽的事情。

7 leftovers 吃剩的食物n.

8 bib 围嘴n.

e.g.Having been stuffed, the milk cows were crouching down on the ground.
