未来中国鸟类名录可能发生变化的鸟种（9）
这个系列会引用世界主要的四种鸟种名录的相关信息。
HBW&BL= HBW and BirdLife International Checklist of the Birds of the World，第四版（2019 年 11 月发表），记录了 10,989 种鸟。
iucnredlist.org：
EBIRD/C = eBird/Clements Checklist of the Birds of the World，2019年版（2019 年 8 月发表），记录了 10,563 种鸟。
IOC = IOC World Bird List，V10.1，2020 年 1 月发表，记录了 10783 种鸟。
H&M = The Howard and Moore Complete Checklist of the Birds of the World，V4.1，2018 年 8 月发表，记录了 10,033 种鸟。
中国鸟种名录是中国观鸟年报——中国鸟种名录 x.x 版。目前最新是 2020-10-11日发布的 8.0 版。
本人不是中国鸟种目录的编辑，只是鸟种爱好者，本文内容仅是个人的猜测。
79、灰林鸮
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Strix aluco（灰林鸮、Tawny Owl）拆为 Strix aluco（黄褐林鸮、Tawny Owl） 和 Strix nivicolum（灰林鸮、Himalayan Owl），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
80、台湾竹鸡
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Bambusicola thoracicus（灰胸竹鸡、Chinese Bamboo Partridge）的亚种 sonorivox 提升为独立种Bambusicola sonorivox（台湾竹鸡、Taiwan Bamboo Partridge），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
81、棕胸佛法僧
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Coracias benghalensis（棕胸佛法僧、Indochinese Roller）分为 Coracias benghalensis（棕胸佛法僧、Indian Roller）和Coracias affinis（印支佛法僧、Indochinese Roller），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
82、黑眉长尾山雀
HBW/BL、IOC 将 Aegithalos iouschistos（棕额长尾山雀、Rufous-fronted Bushtit）拆出 Aegithalos bonvaloti（黑眉长尾山雀、Black-browed Bushtit），并未得到 EBIRD/C、H&M 的认可。
83、银脸长尾山雀
HBW/BL、EBIRD、IOC 将 Aegithalos iouschistos（棕额长尾山雀、Rufous-fronted Bushtit）拆出 Aegithalos fuliginosus（银脸长尾山雀、Sooty Bushtit），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
84、台湾棕颈钩嘴鹛
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Pomatorhinus ruficollis（棕颈钩嘴鹛、Streak-breasted Scimitar Babbler）的亚种 musicus 提升为独立种Pomatorhinus musicus（台湾棕颈钩嘴鹛、Taiwan Scimitar Babbler），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
85、斑胸钩嘴鹛、华南斑胸钩嘴鹛和台湾斑胸钩嘴鹛
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Erythrogenys erythrogenys（锈脸钩嘴鹛、Rusty-cheeked Scimitar Babbler）拆出 Erythrogenys gravivox（斑胸钩嘴鹛、Black-streaked Scimitar Babbler）和 Erythrogenys swinhoei（华南斑胸钩嘴鹛、Grey-sided Scimitar Babbler）、Erythrogenys erythrocnemis（台湾斑胸钩嘴鹛、Black-necklaced Scimitar Babbler），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
86、黑胸楔嘴鹩鹛
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Stachyris humei（楔嘴鹩鹛、Wedge-billed Babbler）拆为 Stachyris roberti （楔嘴鹩鹛、Cachar Wedge-billed Wren-Babbler）和 Stachyris humei（黑胸楔嘴鹩鹛、Sikkim Wedge-billed Babbler），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
87、领鵙鹛
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Gampsorhynchus rufulus（白头鵙鹛、White-hooded Babbler）的亚种 torquatus 提升为独立种Gampsorhynchus torquatus（领鵙鹛、Collared Babbler），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
88、台湾雀鹛、云南雀鹛和淡眉雀鹛
变化类型：删除。
EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Alcippe morrisonia（灰眶雀鹛、Grey-cheeked Fulvetta）拆出 Alcippe morrisonia（台湾雀鹛、Grey-cheeked Fulvetta）和 Alcippe fratercula（云南雀鹛、Yunnan Fulvetta）、Alcippe hueti （淡眉雀鹛、Huet's Fulvetta）和 Alcippe davidi（灰眶雀鹛、David's Fulvetta），并未得到 HBW/BL、H&M 的认可。
89、金翅噪鹛和银耳噪鹛
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Trochalopteron erythrocephalum（红头噪鹛、Chestnut-crowned Laughingthrush）拆出 Trochalopteron chrysopterum（金翅噪鹛、Assam Laughingthrush）和 Trochalopteron melanostigma（银耳噪鹛、Silver-eared Laughingthrush）、Trochalopteron peninsulae（马来噪鹛、Malayan Laughingthrush）和 Trochalopteron ngoclinhense（越南金翅噪鹛、Golden-winged Laughingthrush），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
90、白眶斑翅鹛
变化类型：修订。
HBW/BL 将 Actinodura ramsayi（白眶斑翅鹛、Spectacled Barwing）拆为 Actinodura ramsayi （Western Spectacled Barwing）和 Actinodura radcliffei （Eastern Spectacled Barwing），并未得到 EBIRD/C、H&M、IOC 的认可。
Actinodura ramsayi（Western Spectacled Barwing）在中国无分布。
91、台湾画眉
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Garrulax canorus（画眉、Hwamei）的亚种 taewanus 提升为独立种 Garrulax taewanus（台湾画眉、Taiwan Hwamei），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
92、栗颊噪鹛
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Garrulax maesi（褐胸噪鹛、Grey Laughingthrush）拆为 Garrulax maesi（褐胸噪鹛、Grey Laughingthrush）和 Garrulax castanotis（栗颊噪鹛、Rufous-cheeked Laughingthrush），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
93、灰翅噪鹛
变化类型：新增。
HBW/BL 将 Garrulax cineracea（灰翅噪、Moustached Laughingthrush）拆为 Garrulax cineracea（Western Moustached Laughingthrush）和 Garrulax cinereiceps（Eastern Moustached Laughingthrush），并未得到 EBIRD/C、H&M、IOC 的认可。
94、靛冠噪鹛
变化类型：删除。
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Garrulax galbanus（黄喉噪鹛、Yellow-throated Laughingthrush）拆为 Garrulax galbanus（黄喉噪鹛、Yellow-throated Laughingthrush）和 Garrulax courtoisi（靛冠噪鹛、Blue-crowned Laughingthrush），并未得到 H&M 的认可。
拆分后，中国无黄喉噪鹛的分布，应删除。
95、黑冠黄鹎
变化类型：删除。
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Rubigula melanicterus（黑冠黄鹎、Black-crested Bulbul）拆为Rubigula flaviventris（黑冠黄鹎、Black-crested Bulbul）和 Rubigula melanicterus（黑顶黄鹎、Black-capped Bulbul）、Rubigula gularis（火焰喉鹎、Flame-throated Bulbul）、Rubigula dispar（红宝石喉鹎、Ruby-throated Bulbul）、Rubigula montis（婆罗洲鹎、Bornean Bulbul），并未得到 H&M 的认可。

After highlighting the main characteristics of the four checklists and knowing personally those incharge of each。I want to end this brief overview by stressing that the pointswe have in common are greater than those in which we are in disaccord，especially in term of our broader vision of taxonomy。Thus，I see the goal of coming together to produce a unified taxonomy，with important benefits for the birding and ornithological，as being well within our reach。
最新如何如何？前文已经锁定了数据来源的基准版本。
中国鸟种名录（曾经出现在中国境内至少一次的鸟）按中国观鸟鸟报发布的 8.0 版是 1480 种鸟，按 HBW/BL 标准是 1459 种， 按 EBIRD/C 标准是 1454种， 按 H&M 的标准是 1417 种，按 IOC 标准是 1471 种。这其中还不包括从历史上继承下来的，是否有确切的纪录不得而知，比如印支雀鹛，中国有过记录？还是历史上当棕头雀鹛记录的，而拆分后，自动标注成已记录呢？
本人只是个鸟类爱好者，职业也与之没有任何关系，整理大量的数据（我就不吹大数据了
），也找不到校对者，因此存在错误在所难免，敬请谅解。
