印度专家警告不要发生另一个超级传播者事件——Kawar Yatra（坎瓦尔朝圣），称这次朝圣“成为超级传播事件的可能性是大壶节的五倍”。

About 60 per cent of CEOs participating in the survey expect that the recovery in sales of their companies would be better than that in the first wave of the pandemic.

The US-based company has been in the eye of a storm over its alleged failure to comply with the new IT rules in India, which mandates, among other requirements, the appointment of three key personnel -- chief compliance officer, nodal officer and grievance officer by social media platforms with over 50 lakh users.

Against this backdrop, the Niti Aayog Vice Chairman exuded confidence that the economic recovery will be "very strong" and those agencies or organisations which have revised their GDP estimates downwards for this fiscal may have to revise them upwards again.
Asked when private investments will pick up, Kumar said in some sectors like steel, cement and real estate, significant investment in capacity expansion is happening already.
In the consumer durable sector, it might take longer because consumers might feel a little hesitant due to uncertainty on account of the pandemic, he said. "Full-fledged private investment recovery, we should expect by the third quarter of this (fiscal) year". TOI

Nokia has reportedly filed multiple patent infringement cases against Chinese tech giant Oppo.
According to Nokiamob (citing IAM), the Finnish telecommunications company registered cases in Europe and Asia that include India, France, Germany, and the UK for some of its standard-essential patents (SEPs) and non-SEPs such as user interface and security features.
The report adds that Germany alone has 23 cases registered against Oppo, although the exact details of complaints remain unclear.
Notably, the two tech brands had earlier entered into a confidential patent licensing agreement that reportedly ended in June this year. It is said that Oppo was obliged to pay EUR 3 (approx Rs 270) per phone to Nokia for producing and marketing the smartphones that use Nokia’s patents. NEWS18

NEW DELHI, July 10 (Reuters) - India's most populous state, Uttar Pradesh, has proposed legislation that aims to discourage couples from having more than two children, becoming the second state ruled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's party to make such a proposal.
If Uttar Pradesh were a country, its 240 million people would make it the world's fifth most populous, and population density in the northern state is more than double the national average.
Under the state government proposals unveiled on Saturday, couples with more than two children would not be allowed to receive government benefits or subsidies and would be barred from applying for state government jobs. Reuters
