今年是全面建成小康社会和“十三五”规划收官之年,也是谋划“十四五”规划的关键之年。在过去的五年内,北京科技创新建设中心取得突出成效,在多个世界排名中取得优异的成绩。
今年9月19日施普林格·自然与清华大学联合发布的《全球科技创新中心指数2020》显示,北京科技创新中心在全球30多个城市和都市圈中位列第五。
世界知识产权组织《全球创新指数2020》显示,北京位列全球科技集群第4位。
12月11日,《中国日报国际版》刊发整版宣传报道,聚焦“十三五”期间北京科技创新中心建设成就。

The index analyzes the significance of innovation centers through the rankings in the global innovation network and provides a new approach to assessment from the perspective of a sci-tech center’s functions, focused on sci-tech innovation center, research strengths and influence, and ecosystem.
清华大学公共管理学院梁正教授(Liang Zheng, a professor with the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University)认为,该指数特别关注创新前沿性与引领性,比如人工智能领域的专利申请与合作网络信息通讯、生物医药等新兴产业领域的创新企业和独角兽企业数量。
The index gives special attention to frontier and steering innovations, such as patent filings and cooperation networks in the field of AI, and numbers of innovative businesses and unicorn companies in the emerging industries including IT and biopharmaceuticals.
