Part one：交代背景——新冠爆发
As we all know, the Novel Coronavirus broke out at the beginning of 2020,which has spread quickly and widely across China and then around the world. Therefore, it is necessary for us to take care of our health and fight against the disease.
Part two：防御措施
In order to prevent us from getting infected, we have a lot to do. First of all, we should stay at home as much as possible and reduce the contact with others. If we must go out, we need fo wear masks and keep a distance of at least one meter with others.
Remember to wash hands frequently and properly. Besides,we are supposed to cover our cough and sneeze with tissues wherever we are. What's more, it is of great importance to take our temperature daily. Last but not least, keeping a healthy life style is always essential.
A balanced diet, indoor exercise and enough sleep are the key to fighting against the disease. So don't sit in front of screens for too long.Never stay up late and refuse to eat foo much junk food. No one can beat Virus without a strong and healthy body.
