做法 将做法保存到手机
1/14 准备好豆腐,豆芽,火腿肠
2/14 先把豆芽,摘去老根
3/14 摘去老根的豆芽,放淡盐水,中浸泡15分钟
4/14 浸泡好的黑豆芽,冲洗干净,沥干水份备用
5/14 火腿肠,撕去外面的包装膜,切成丝条,备用
6/14 豆腐洗干净,切成小块,备用
7/14 上锅,加入水700克
8/14 把豆腐,放入锅中
9/14 把豆芽,也放入锅中,大火烧煮
10/14 煮开后,加入盐,搅拌一下
11/14 把火腿条,也放入锅中,继续大火烧煮至滚开
12/14 滚开后,加入生抽调味
13/14 用勺子搅拌均匀后,关火盛出
14/14 盛出,上桌
