三维打印导板在单髁置换术中的研究进展

单髁置换术(unicompartmental knee arthroplasty,UKA)是治疗终末期膝关节骨关节炎的重要手段。在膝关节骨关节炎患者中,单间室膝骨关节炎占30%以上[1],30%~50%行全膝关节置换手术的患者适合行UKA治疗[2, 3],但即使是在UKA应用较广泛的英国,UKA占全膝关节置换手术的比例仍不足10%[4]。UKA对假体的位置和角度的准确性要求高,使用传统手术工具的误差较大,手术的学习曲线较长,手术量少的医师或初学者难以掌握等因素严重影响了UKA在临床中的应用比例[5]。三维打印导板可提高UKA手术精准度,且操作相对简单,花费较低,具有良好的应用前景。本文梳理了三维打印导板的设计、制作、临床应用等方面的研究结果,期望能对临床相关手术和研究的开展有所帮助。
