His analysis should therefore end any self-contentedness among those who may believe that the global position of English is so stable that the young generation of the United Kingdom do not need additional language capabilities.

因此，他的分析应当使一些人不再自满（0.5分），这些人认为英语的国际地位如此稳固（0.5分）以至于觉得英国的年轻后辈（0.5分）不需要学习其他语言（0.5分）。

1. 主干为主谓宾结构，即：His analysis /should therefore end /any self-contentedness; 直译为：他的分析应能够因此结束一些人的自满。

主干翻译时如果遭遇障碍，解决办法就是一个字“换”（即：将不通顺的主干部分进行替换）调整为：因此，他的分析应当使一些人不再自满。

2. who 引导定语从句，修饰those， 定语从句的主干为主谓宾结构，即：who /may believe /that ….; that 引导believe 的宾语从句，该宾语从句中嵌套了so …that …结构。
