干锅娃娃菜 香辣开胃 米饭都能多吃一碗

准备材料:娃娃菜1棵,五花肉100克,蒜苗20克,姜、蒜各10克,干辣椒段、花
椒各少许,生抽、白砂糖、香油各1小匙,鸡精、盐各适量

1 五花肉洗净,切成薄片;蒜苗洗净,沥干水,切成段;姜洗净切片;蒜洗净切末;娃娃菜洗净切段。

2 油锅烧热,下五花肉片炒出油,然后放蒜末、姜片炒至肉熟。

3 再向锅中入除干辣椒段、花椒外的所有调料,放入蒜苗段和娃娃菜段翻炒。

4 另起油锅烧热,下花椒、干辣椒段炒香。将所有材料、调料全部倒入干锅中,加热食用即可。
