这一天算白过

If you sit down at set of sun

And count the acts that you have done,

And,counting,find

One self-denying deed,one word

That eased the heart of him who heard,

One glance most kind

That fell like sunshine where it went-

Then you may conut that day well spent.

No act most small

Then count that day as worse than lose.

但若一整天里，

你肯定与否，未尝与人鼓励

倘若，一整天里

没有一事，你能忆起

曾令人脸上绽放出微笑

没有一事，哪怕举手之劳

哪怕不值一提，曾予人帮助

那么，这一天可谓虚度。
