【生活英文】一则关于购房的对话

学习语言，输入很重要，输入的质和量更重要。所谓质，就是输入的英文要实用、地道，能随时运用出去，所谓量，当然就是指要多输入、反复输入了！

今天我们学习一则关于购房的对话，要留意每个句子的表达方法和句子中一些单词、短语和习惯表达的使用。

A: So you are finally settling down and buying a house. Congratulations!

B: Now that we are having a baby, my wife and I have decided to stay in this area. Renting just doesn’t make sense.

A: How are you going to finance it? Houses around here are very expensive.

B: My parents have offered to lend us the down payment. We’ll get a loan and make mortgage payments. It’s not much more expensive than what we were paying in rent.

A: it sounds like you know what you are doing.

B: The only thing I am worried about now is decoration!

A: 你们终于要买房定居了。祝贺你！

B：因为我们现在有了个宝宝，我和我妻子已经决定待在这个地方了。租房子确实没意思。

A：你打算怎么买房呢？这儿附近的房子非常昂贵。

B：我的父母已经同意借给我们购房的首付款。我们将要贷款分期购房。这样下来也不会比交租金贵到哪里去。

A：听起来你很明确你要做的事。

B：我唯一担心的就是装修了。
