Abstract:China college tutor system has been over 50 years from emerging, reform to development, while college tutors have not come to the standard of professionalization and specialization, which is still a start in the process. Since the issuing of the Sixteenth Document of the Central Committee of the CPC in 2004,colleges and researchers have begun to research on college tutors' professionalization and specialization and proposed many productive views,lots of universities and colleges also made many trials in accordance with their different situations, but lack a long-time mechanism.
