稳了！多家日企上调2020财年业绩预期

近日，多家日企上调了2020财年的业绩预期。这些公司纷纷表示，中国基于对疫情的有效防控、正在强劲恢复的需求和经济增长，是拉动公司业绩的重要因素之一。
工业机器人大型企业发那科日前将净利润预期从减少53%的345亿日元，大幅提高至减少2%的718亿日元。该公司社长兼首席执行官山口贤治表示，由于工厂自动化机器人销售强劲，“与4至6月相比，7至9月气氛明显改变，订单正在增加”。
电子零件制造商村田制作所2020财年净利润与原计划相比转为增加，增幅为3%，达1890亿日元。公司表示，其最大原因是中国方面的需求出现超出预期的复苏。面向中国电脑工厂和智能手机工厂提供的主力产品多层陶瓷电容器增加。
日媒报道称，在日本，认为前期因疫情恶化的业绩将出现改善的观点在增加。在股票市场，投资者看好企业的业绩复苏并物色中国相关股票的动向越来越明显。
瑞银协助QFII完成首单转融通证券出借
UBS Securities Completed The First QFII Securities Lending Transaction
QFII（合格境外机构投资者）新规实施后的首个交易日，瑞银11月2日成功完成多笔中国股票市场的转融通证券出借交易。
UBS successfully executed several securities lending transactions in China under the new QFII Securities Lending scheme that went live on November 2.
瑞银将其QFII账户持有的中国市场股票通过其在中国内陆控股的合资券商瑞银证券在内陆市场出借。
The securities were held in the QFII account of UBS AG and lent to the onshore market by its onshore subsidiary, UBS Securities Company Limited (UBSS).
这些交易涵盖了上证主板、深证主板，以及深圳创业板。通过中国证券金融股份有限公司，瑞银持有的股票出借给多家中国本地交易对手。
The transactions were booked across Shanghai Main Board, Shenzhen Main Board and Shenzhen Chinext Board and lent to multiple counterparties through the China Securities Finance Corporation.
瑞银表示：“QFII转融通证券出借业务是支持全球投资者更多参与中国市场的又一重要里程碑，我们看到这一令人振奋的新领域将显著增长。”
“The QFII Securities Lending program is another important milestone to support the growing participation of global investors in the China market and we see significant growth in this exciting new segment,” said UBS.

Dow To Participate In The CIIE For The 3rd Consecutive Year

苹果将发布最新版Mac
Apple Expected To Release New Macs
据外媒报道，苹果公司周一宣布，将于11月10日上午10点在公司本部举办产品线上发布会。预计将发布首款采用自研芯片的Mac系列电脑。
Apple announced Monday that it will hold an online event at the company's headquarters on Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. Apple is expected to release a new Mac with its own Apple-designed chips for the first time.
苹果认为自研芯片能够延长电池寿命和提升性能，苹果旗下的手机及平板电脑使用的均是自研芯片。
Apple’s iPhones and iPads have long used Apple-designed processors, which the company says helps extend battery life and provide faster performance.
据悉，在新冠肺炎疫情期间，Mac的销量不降反升，截至二季度，Mac系列销售额达90亿美元，同比增加28%。
Mac sales have been a highlight for Apple during the pandemic. In the quarter ending in June, Apple reported $9 billion in Mac sales, which was up 28% year-over-year.

Electric Vehicle Start-Up Fisker Surged In NYSE Debut
据外媒报道，电动汽车初创企业菲斯克日前在纽交所上市首日收盘较发行价上涨13%。
Shares of electric vehicle start-up Fisker Inc. closed up 13% in the company’s public debut Friday on the New York Stock Exchange.
在与特殊目的收购公司斯巴达能源收购公司完成反向合并后，该公司于上周五开始交易。斯巴达能源收购公司得到私人股本公司阿波罗全球管理公司的支持。
It began trading Friday after finalizing a reverse merger this week with Spartan Energy Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, backed by Apollo Global Management.

The SPAC deal was expected to provide Fisker with more than $1 billion to bring its first product, the Fisker Ocean, to production in late 2022. The company earlier this month said auto supplier Magna International will supply the vehicle platform and build the Ocean.

As part of the deal, Magna will receive warrants to purchase a stake of up to 6% in Fisker, worth about $3 billion, Reuters reported.
