支架内再狭窄发生机制、分型及治疗
这是一个好时代
这可能是一个血管病腔内治疗最好的时代
因为
器械迭代更新
技术日新月异
理论百家争鸣
然而
对绝大多数动脉狭窄闭塞性病变
球囊扩张成形术仍然是基础手段
而且
很多时候
很多病变
仍然需要植入以一位名叫“Stent”学者命名的“支架”
球囊也好
支架也罢
终究是要魂归“再狭窄”
这句话是有出处的,这里只是做了一个随心所欲的翻译。
“ 今天要讨论的内容就是再狭窄(Restenosis)以及支架内再狭窄(In-stent Restenosis)”
因此,这是一个好时代
有本科幻小说叫“万物皆可算”
东北也有句话叫“万物皆可炖”
在这里叫“治疗方法皆可比较”
因此,不同方法之间比较研究的文章铺天盖地
比如,日本在大量POBA、DCB、BMS以及DES的各种对照研究,将是否使用西洛他唑这个药物做过亚组分析,甚至POBA联合西洛他唑PK其他腔内治疗措施
结果同样令人惊讶。
