俄罗斯画家尼古拉·波格丹诺夫·贝尔斯基（1868-1945），1868年12月8日出生于俄罗斯斯摩棱斯克省贝尔斯基县，一个农场工人的私生子。

尼古拉·波格丹诺夫·贝尔斯基，曾就读于该地著名的私立学校。1894年--1895年在圣彼得堡艺术学院。19世纪90年代末，到巴黎一家私人工作室工作。

Nicholas of Cusa Belsky, a former student of Alexander Bogdanov's famous private school. 1894-1895, St. Petersburg Academy of Art. In the late 1890s, he went to work in a private studio in Paris.

1921年后他就一直在拉脱维亚的里加居住。参加过“巡回画展”，是“俄罗斯流浪者协会”主要成员委员。波格丹诺夫-贝尔斯基的作品大多是风俗画，和许多农村儿童题材的以及肖像、风景等。
