From head to toe班级信息10-12人,3-6岁,1小时教学目标Language:head, neck, shoulders,  arms, hands, chest, back, hips, knees, legs, foot, toeAbility:Team work, logical  ability, body smart时间流程教学用具阅读前10  mins1.Greeting  and warming up: sing a song-Head, shoulders, knees and toes.2.Lead  in: Talk about body parts.T:  we sang this song, so it is a head. (eg. shoulders…) (Ss start to describe  their body)T:  Well done. Does a penguin have a head? (eg. Giraffe-neck)Ss:  Yes.T:  Great! What do they do with their body parts? This is the book we are going  to read.1.Music-Head,  shoulders, knees and toes1阅读中20  minsFirst, read the story  rhythmically. During reading, teacher can ask some questions about the story,  and practice the actions.Suggested questions:What do you see?What’s this?What are they doing?What animal is it?What can you do with your  hands/ neck?What will happen next?Can you show me your …?How many toes do you have?From head to toe2阅读后25 mins1.Bubble  gumT  will give an order:”Bubble gum, bubble gum, hands to hands.”Then, students  will put their hands together and say the sentence pattern-They are hands.2.PuzzlesT  need to prepare several body parts cards, asks Ss what it is ot what they  are? Then Ss can put these cards together and make a picture.3.I  am an artistT  will divide Ss into 2 groups, and let them have a competition about drawing  body parts.T:  One student from each group need to draw a card and draw it on the floor. The  group that finishes first wins.4.Little  teacherChoose  a student to be a teacher, this little teacher will give instructions to  others. For example, little teacher says “toes”, others should touch their  toes.1.Body  parts FC2.Body  parts puzzles33.Markers总结5 minsFreezingAll the  students need to freeze when the teacher says “freeze”, and move their body follow  the directions.T:  Now, you can dance, jump or do whatever you want, but after I say “freeze”,  you need to freeze like a statue. Ready? Go!T: Freeze!  Turn your head. What’s this?Ss: Head!
