零基础学瑜伽英语:体式引导动词4

1、抓住:grasp/catch

use your hands to grasp/catch your ankles

用双手抓住你的脚踝

2、松开:release

Exhale, release the position.

呼气,推出体式。

3、看:look

look up slightly. 稍稍向上看

看见:see

look in front of your knees and make sure you can see your toes.

看向膝盖的前面,确定你能看见你的脚趾

凝视:gaze

gaze forward 看前方

gaze right,and breathe.

眼睛看向右侧,呼吸

4、并拢:put……together

put your legs and feet together.

双腿双脚并拢.

5、还原:return

return to the sitting position

回到坐姿

return to mountain pose

回到山式

6、交换:switch

switch to the other side of the body

换到身体另外一侧

switch to the right side

换到右侧
